1. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our handcrafted and customized products, all sales are final. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

We offer exchanges or store credit in the following situations:
✔ Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives broken or defective, send us clear photos of the damage along with your order number, and we will gladly send a replacement.
✔ Incorrect Order: If you receive the wrong item, let us know immediately, and we will make it right.

2. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain quality and hygiene, we do not accept returns on:

❌ Custom-made or personalized jars.

We begin working on your order as soon as it's placed. If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
